Morgan Design was founded in 1991 after more than 15 years experience in all phases of construction, working on projects such as new home construction, additions and home renovations. It is our passion to offer more creativity not only for us, but for our customers as well.
Living along the East Coast, we have had the opportunity to work on projects in a number of states providing the experience to use different methods and materials needed for the varying regions and climates. From building beach houses and accessory structures on the Outer Banks of N.Carolina and custom homes in South Florida, to renovating 200+ year old historic homes and brownstones in Alexandria, Va. These projects have proved to be a testament to the strengths of traditional post and beam construction methods, and along with modern technology, the opportunity to build more energy efficient homes that will last for generations.

In addition to residential construction, Morgan Design is available for all your commercial needs, whether new construction or a renovation or fit-up. A tavern was recently completed using the siding and timbers from an old barn that was built in 1852. After transporting the barn materials to our shop and refinishing the boards, they became the focal point of the restaurant and a new local favorite.
All projects are constructed using the finest materials available, on budget and on time, and all required licenses and insurance are held by all contractors on site.
